Eleanor Chaney

Eleanor Chaney is an Ulverston-based artist.  She creates illustrations and papercuts of the natural world which are based upon her collection of antiquarian and vintage natural history books, and the wildlife around of the Lake District in the UK.

Eleanor's work with Artspace includes schools puppetry and sculpture projects, all-ages drawing, printing and embossing sessions at the cottage alongside commissioned pieces including the "Tiny Voyages Of Discovery" book in 2018 and the Ulverston Lockdown Walks and Archival Gloves collection, made  in 2019-20 for Soft Drive.  The link takes you to her site her blog and information on editions and publications.
